In-house Courses

Trainers at Work specialise in tailor-made training programmes that are job specific, stimulating and fun.  We deliver practical, measurable results for public, private and nonprofit organisations, big and small, in the UK and overseas.

Choose a team of trainers who have real insight into the people and the skills we support.  Our different backgrounds bring broad and proven expertise. Our common approach is focused on sharing theory, ideas and skills in the most stimulating and memorable way.  

  • Choose from: inspirational, individual coaching; interactive, practical group workshops; insightful and focused facilitation 
  • Deal directly with the trainer who will develop and run your course
  • One to two day courses, with a maximum of 12 delegates
  • Pre-course questionnaires and post course evaluation - demonstrating impact and value of training in the workplace 
  • NEW: choose from a series of short, modular sessions with our Bite-sized workshops
